Lisa Days-Martin

Lisa has worked at UIC for over 20 years and has held several positions within Student Affairs. As an HR Associate in Student Affairs, she is responsible for managing the Civil Service hiring process, the Extra Help hiring process, probationary evaluations, and the ethics training reporting process. Lisa currently holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Management with a concentration in Human Resources, and is working towards obtaining her Master’s Degree in Human Resources. She is also a member of the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources and is targeting to obtain her SHRM certification in 2021. On a personal note, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family and friends, hiking, CrossFit, concerts, and dancing.
