Renée has over 20 years working in Human Resources, 7 years within Student Affairs Human Resources at UIC. As an HR Associate, she is responsible for employee leaves, LMS/Banner maintenance, departmental handbook updates, employee annual reviews, and labor and employee relations concerns including the civil service discipline process. Renée holds a Continuing Education Certificate for Teachers of Adult Literacy, Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management, and Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management and Development. Renée enjoys (vegan) cooking, dancing, hiking and planning creative events.
